97:4
تَنَزَّلُ ٱلۡمَلَـٰۤىِٕكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِیهَا بِإِذۡنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمۡرࣲ
The angels and the Spirit descend therein, by the permission of their Lord, with all decrees.
